Before booking a photo session, please carefully read these terms. Making a payment means you agree to all conditions below.
1. Booking and Deposit
The date and time of your photo and video session are reserved only after a deposit of 300 AED is paid. This deposit will be credited toward your final payment. You can pay the deposit in dirhams, dollars, or rubles; please use Google’s exchange rate for currency conversion if needed.
If you cancel the session, the deposit is non-refundable (except in emergency situations not caused by the client). Rescheduling is possible — I always try to be flexible and accommodating.
Final payment is made after the shoot in dirhams or dollars, either in cash or by UAE bank transfer. Use Google’s exchange rate for conversion if needed.
2. Package Changes
You may change your chosen package (“Mini,” “Standard,” or “Premium”) up until the session begins, and if time allows — even during the shoot. However, I recommend deciding on the session duration in advance, since many shoots are planned around sunset. If you are using a gift certificate to change packages, you only need to pay the price difference.

5. Extra Retouched Photos
You may add more detailed retouched photos to your package. Each additional retouched photo costs 20 AED.
6. Optional Video Add-On
You can add professional video to any package. I shoot video with photos at the same time, creating a beautiful video (1–3 minutes) set to your chosen music. You can also choose multiple short clips for Reels, for example. Ideally, decide in advance whether you want video, as it requires a bit more time than a regular photoshoot.
7. Travel Time Between Locations
Time spent moving between locations during the session counts as shoot time. That’s why I recommend choosing spots that are close to each other. The only exception is the transfer from the courthouse to the shoot location in the “Wedding for Two” package.
8. Out-of-Abu Dhabi Shoots
For sessions outside Abu Dhabi, travel costs must be covered either by reimbursement or by the client offering transportation.
9. Style and Portfolio Agreement
By choosing me as your photographer, you confirm that you have viewed my portfolio and agree with my editing style. Because of this, original unedited files are not provided.
10. Copyright
Photos and videos created during the session are protected by copyright. If images are published in commercial media or advertising, the client must credit the photographer. For personal social media use, crediting is optional.
11. Portfolio Use and Privacy
I may include photos and videos from your session in my portfolio. If you prefer that your images not be published online, please notify me before the shoot. There is no additional fee for this, and you have the right to prohibit use of your photos on my social channels.
12. Color-Corrected Photos Delivery
You will receive your color-corrected photos within 5–7 business days after the session, depending on the total length of the shoot.
13. Selecting Photos for Retouching
Clients select their photos for detailed retouching within 10 days after delivery. If you don’t select within this period, I may choose on your behalf. If you plan to select later (for example, due to a honeymoon), please let me know so I can schedule retouching accordingly.
14. Retouching Timeframe
Retouching after selection is completed within 5–6 business days, depending on the type of session and number of images chosen.
15. Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within the validity period stated on the certificate.
16. Loyalty Discount
Returning clients receive a 10% discount off the session price current at the time of booking a new shoot 🤗

- Pre-shoot discussion via messages or phone (help with outfits, locations, concepts)
- A location guide to help you choose spots
- The actual photoshoot with professional guidance
- Posing support throughout the session
- Сolor correction of all good, non-duplicate images in the style shown in my portfolio
- Detailed retouching (skin, lighting, body shape) — up to 25 images depending on the package
- Delivery of photos in a beautiful personal online gallery (JPEG files)
- Storage of all photos on external drives and cloud for 6 months
4. What’s Not Included
The following are not included in the session price:
- Stylist, makeup artist, or decorator services
- Props
- Photo studio rental (if needed)
- Transfer between locations
- Admission tickets for paid locations (including a ticket for the photographer)
